Returns & Exchanges

At DDstepOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
